Return and Change Policy

Products not suitable for return policy: Products that might spoilt fast like food, products that have been used at delivery moment or before change period, products with original sealing that were opened like books and DVDs, products that its protective tape was opened and are no longer suitable for return due to cleanness and hygiene issues, products that were prepared especially for the person.

You may return your products within 14 days as from the delivery date using Surat shipping company with the option of shipment fees to be paid by the other party. If you wish, you may also return your products using another shipping company and paying for the shipping fees. Shipments sent using another shipping companies with the option of shipment fees to be paid by the other party will not be received, you must pay for the shipping fees yourself.

Accessories of products along with bills and original box must be also sent in full with the product wished to be returned or changed.

Additional gifts sent together with the product as a combination must be also sent in full. However, you may keep gifts sent separately from the product and were not promised along with it.


Return and Change Options

Change
you may request to change the product you have bought with another product.

Return part of costs
part of costs of defective or mistakenly delivered products could be refunded as loss indemnity.

Return total costs
total costs of products wished to be returned or products unable to be delivered could be refunded.

Coupon – gift tokens
costs of products wished to be returned could be refunded as gift checks or credits that can be used on the website.


Refund Process

Credit Card
if all products of your order were returned, the order cost would be returned totally to your credit card. The cost needs 1-5 days to be delivered to your card. Since we do not have access to your card’s information, the cost could only be refunded as a whole. If you would like to return one product or more among you order’s products, return process could take place through other methods.

Bank Account
costs would be refunded to the bank account provided by yourself.

PayPal Account
only available for costs that were paid using a PayPal account.

Bitcoin Account
costs that were paid in TL or USD on the order date would be exchanged to Bitcoins on the return date.

Lira loading
costs would be loaded to your phone as liras if your operator has the lira loading service.

If you do not have or use a bank account, costs would be transferred to your phone number. You may withdraw the money from any Garanty Bank ATM using the sender’s phone number we sent to you and the code sent to your phone as a message.


Return and Change’s Shipping Fees

Changing and its fees would be covered by us, you can send the products wished to be returned or changed using Surat shipping company with the option of shipment fees to be paid by the other party.

If you wish, you may also return your products using another shipping company under the condition of paying for the shipping fees.

Regarding changed products, the new product would be sent to your address and we would cover the shipping fees.

Regarding returned products, costs would be sent to the credit card or bank account provided by you after deducting shipping fees and order’s discount coupons from the costs.

Shipping fees on countries other than Turkey are on the recipient.

Return and Change Process

You may apply for return or change products from My Account page, My Orders section or from the Information page at the bottom section, Return Form page. Send the form after choosing the product wished to be returned, the product wished to be changed, reasons of return and entering return details. If you choose to return, you can choose among refunding part of the costs or total costs at the details section. If you choose refunding part of the costs, write down the amount you offer to be refunded and send the application.

You may also apply for return through communication channels directly instead of filling the return form. Regarding defective products, you may take the defect’s image and send it to us on E-mail, WhatsApp or Instagram.
